This week they had an interesting article on some herbs you can take to calm anxiety. I have dealt with anxiety in the past and with a combination of prayer up to the good Lord and some herbs, I have found ways to calm my body when I get in a frenzy.
This week, Foodmatters posted an article about five herbs that will help calm anxiety without causing you to get sleepy. I have tried one or two in the past and they have been helpful, so I thought I would pass this along!
